Welcome to Samaz Education ("Samaz," "we," "our," or "us"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Samaz Education website, web application, and related services (collectively, the "Web App"). By accessing or using the Web App, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the Web App immediately.
1 Eligibility & User Responsibilities
You must be at least 13 years old to use the Web App. By using Samaz Education, you represent and warrant that:
- You have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.
- The information you provide during registration or login is accurate, complete, and current.
- You will not use the Web App for any unlawful, misleading, or abusive purposes.
- You are solely responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
2 Description of Services
Samaz Education provides digital educational tools, including but not limited to project generation features, AI-assisted tutoring (Fido), quizzes, and digital learning resources via its Web App. We reserve the right to update, modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time without prior notice.
3 Acceptable Use Policy
You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities:
- Attempting unauthorized access to systems, servers, or other user accounts.
- Disrupting or interfering with the platform's security, integrity, or performance.
- Using the Web App to distribute viruses, malware, or malicious content.
- Copying, scraping, or exploiting platform content without express written permission.
Violations of this policy may result in immediate account suspension or termination.
4 Intellectual Property
All content, materials, and features available on the Web App—including but not limited to text, software, code, graphics, logos, and interface designs—are the exclusive property of Samaz Education or its licensors. These assets are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Web App for personal, educational purposes only.

The Web App is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis, without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Samaz Education shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, arising from your use of or inability to use the Web App.
6 Termination & Updates
Termination: We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the Service at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties, or for any other reason.
Changes to Terms: We may update these Terms periodically. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Effective Date." Your continued use of the Web App after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
7 Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the applicable laws of the jurisdiction in which Samaz Education operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
